THANK YOU for posting this!! I had been hoping someone would.

Neighborhood Organizer Nick C. has put a lot of effort into this event. It would be great to see a large turnout!!

We are thrilled Danville will be having a tea party - we thought we were going to have to go to Pleasanton. E-mail this announcement to everyone you know - let's show Washington how out of touch they are - let's get this great country back on track!!!

There's an easy solution to the 2 parties dilemma.
12-2 Danville
2-4 Pleasanton
4-6 Danville
6-8 Pleasanton

I think we should save our tea and throw the politicians into the river as a revolt against the despicable spending in D.C. It's not their money that they are burning through - it's ours and there's nothing we can do about it except protest. Will they hear us? I think not. Anita Venezia - taxpayer.

Anita, I hear your frustration -- but these events appear to me to be a first baby step. There's no reason for this 'beginning' to be the end!

That's why I'm going!!

this is where we begin to flex our power. the people have gone unheeded for too long! let these tea parties be a warning to a government which thinks they can take our hard-earned cash and give it away to lazy, multigenerational welfare users, illegal immigrants, bailing out banks that don't produce anything and who purposefully caused this crash in the first place. we are not slaves! it sounds a little cheesy sometimes, but these are the right words - DON'T TREAD ON ME!

My video of our organizer, Nick C., at the DANVILLE, CA Tea Party...

We had about 100 people at the noon rally, and at least that many again in the evening! GREAT TURNOUT for a tiny town with absolutely zero advertising or advance notice!!! The vid is from early in the evening event.

Enjoy,

Dawn
