Dear Emily,

It is sad to report that our primary neighborhood reps in the Alamo region were warned, including me, that our efforts to establish better, more interactive communication with the county, and specifically district 3 supervisor and staff, was considered harassment by district 3 staff. Simply think that outreach by neighborhoods in invitation to interactive discussion of community and neighborhood issues is politically rejected and labeled harassment.

Journalism, please?

Hal, as a community courtesy
