Let's hope the increase in developer fees gets adopted. The taxpayers are wrongly having to pay for the new Dougherty Valley School. Developer fees should have paid for it. Shapell Homes and the other builders obviously made out like bandits. Our School Board members failed us when the massive Dougherty Valley development got approved 20 years ago.
