A musical note
Uploaded: Aug 14, 2013
Today we're going to talk about music. Music is a complex and sometimes very unappealing organization of noise that is written by a composer who will likely be poor until he dies and the world decides he's a genius; incorrectly interpreted by the conductor; who is ignored by the musicians, who may or may not have practiced the music or even know which key it's in; the result of which is ignored by the audience, who are generally present for pretension's sake.
But I love music, really, despite the treble it can be. I'm a pianist and also play the viola, an instrument referred to in the musical world as kindling. I could write an infinitely long Liszt of reasons I love music, but I'll get Bach to the funny part instead.
