Report of vandalism on La Gonda Way 332pm Thursday. I called 911 at 332pm, to report an explosion and a fire started on the hillside and neighbors yard. The police, 2 minutes away arrived 15 minutes later in a K9 truck. The officer tried to put out the fire with a bottle of dog water. The fire truck came aprox. 20 minutes after the 911 call! This is unacceptable. If not for the concerned property owners and their hoses, the fire could have taken off and could have been destructive. Vandalism, I hardly think that is the word. Federal offensive is more like it. Putting a bomb in someones mailbox is a little more than vandalism, and the police and fire responce is a complete joke! I also know that at least 3 people called 911, scary!
