Danville chamber to present community awards

Danville mayor also to give State of the Town address during luncheon

The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce has announced its community award winners, who will be honored at a luncheon Thursday (March 27).

Danville Mayor Robert Storer will also present his State of the Town address during the event, set to run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Crow Canyon Country Club in Danville.

The chamber award for Citizen of the Year will be given to Mary Tuttle. Danville Town Manager Joe Calabrigo will receive the Employee of the Year honor.

The Bridges Restaurant in downtown Danville was named Business of the Year, and the Kiwanis Club of the San Ramon Valley was selected as Charitable Organization of the Year.

Congrats to Mary Tuttle. She deserves this award for all she does for the town of Danville. Everybody LOVES Mary.
