Burglaries, crashes, stolen property possession among other calls April 6-12

The Danville Police Department provides DanvilleSanRamon Express with a record of its calls each week. This is a sampling from April 6-12, omitting the more mundane, such as routine traffic stops, service requests, noise complaints and domestic disturbances.

Sunday, April 6

* DUI arrest at 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road and San Ramon Valley Boulevard

* DUI arrest at 2:17 a.m. at the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Woodside Drive

* Residential burglary report at 9:33 a.m. in the 1600 block of Fountain Springs Circle

Monday, April 7

* Petty theft at 8:38 a.m. in the 500 block of Zenith Ridge Drive

* Revocation of probation arrest at 2:18 p.m. in the 100 block of Linda Mesa Avenue

* Residential burglary at 6:39 p.m. Street information not disclosed.

Tuesday, April 8

* Arrest for being under influence of controlled substance at 12:47 a.m. at the intersection of Camino Ramon and Franciscan Drive

* Residential burglary at 6:25 a.m. in the 2000 block of Swan Street

* Vehicle crash injury at 8:16 a.m. at the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Sherburne Hills Road

* Hit-and-run misdemeanor at 3:23 p.m. at the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road and I 680 Northbound

* Petty theft at 7:56 p.m. in the Town N Country Plot

* Arrest for possession of stolen property at 11:53 p.m. at the intersection of Danville Boulevard and Del Amigo Road

Wednesday, April 9

* Hit-and-run misdemeanor at 7:38 a.m. at Bank of America

* Drunk in public arrest at 6:02 p.m. in the 500 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard

Thursday, April 10

* Burglary at 6:58 a.m. in the 1800 block of Silverwood Court

* Vandalism at 11:18 p.m. in the 3100 block of Stone Valley Road

* Arrest for possession of controlled substance at 11:53 p.m. in the 300 block of Diablo Road

Friday, April 11

* Vandalism at 8:25 a.m. in the 300 block of Del Amigo Road

* Auto burglary at 11:52 p.m. in the 200 block of Remington Loop

* Arrest for violation of restraining order at 7:22 p.m. at the intersection of Matadera Way and Diablo Road

* DUI arrest at 10:52 p.m. at East Bank

Saturday, April 12

* Drunk in public arrest at 12:26 a.m. at the intersection of Hartz and Prospect Avenues

* Revocation of probation arrest at 1 a.m. at Meenar Music Club

* Vehicle crash injury at 5:14 p.m. at Sycamore Valley Elementary School

* DUI arrest at 9:47 p.m. at the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road and I 680 Southbound

Well it appears the good folks of Danville are enjoying their Drugs and Alcohol. I believe they need it just to get by living in wonderful Danville.

Heaven help all of us if and when weed is legalized in California...Danville will experience an over-cast of weed smoke over the entire town. The Fourth of July parade will be one big blast of fun...not to mention the Hot August Night Events..

Love you DPD .. you guys are the best. Love the safety and security that has come to become one of the main character's of this town.
