'The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee'

A hilarious tale of over-achievers' angst, "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" chronicles the experience of six adolescent outsiders vying for the spelling championship of a lifetime. It is a riotous Tony Award-winning musical comedy about trying to stand out and fit in at the same time.

The show runs Wednesdays-Sundays, May 16-June 21 at Lesher Center for the Arts. Tickets are $37-$65. Call 943-7469 or go to the theater website.
