Streetwise: Gotta love summer's fresh fruits and veggies
Gerlinde Yarosz, retired nurse: My husband and I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables this time of year, as we have a salad every day with our dinner. I have a great pasta recipe to go with a salad: I start with a slice of pancetta with pepper in it and cut it in small pieces and fry it. I add chopped garlic and saute it. Then I add a half glass of marinated artichokes, chopped. After simmering I pour over linguini with parmesan cheese on top.
