Dennis was the sweetest neighbor one could have. We will miss the southern gentleman who always had a smile on his face while walking his beloved dogs. He often stopped by with wonderful treats for us to enjoy, his "angry pasta" was amazing. You will be missed.

The fondest memories I have of Uncle Dennis were his soft southern accent, his laugh, his patient manner and his yummy cooking! He will always be special to me because of how he loved and treated my Grandma Christner, his mother-in-law. He could always make her laugh and recognized what a special lady she was, which, inturn, made him a very special man to me! You are greatly missed Uncle Dennis, but we know that you are now taking great care of grandma and that we will see you again. May you rest in peace. Love you! Lori

Well uncle Dennis had a wonderful smile no one could forget. When ever uncle Dennis and Aunt Donna would come in to town they would call the house phone and say" were in town" my sister and I would whisper in the phone "can we stay with you at the hotel but don't tell mom we asked." Haha so much fun. So of course we got to stay with them. I remember uncle Dennis getting us snacks and us all cuddling on the bed together and laughing. He is going to be missed dearly. I love you Uncle Dennis. You were truly an amazing man.

My fondest memories of Uncle Dennis are of his soft spoken voice, his unconditional love, his cooking, and fun loving ways. One time when he and Aunt Donna came back to visit he wanted to cook supper....spagetti. I was a bit nervous and reluctant to let him in my kitchen as I was never known for my cooking skills. As he starts muddling through my cabinets he quickly saw that this was going to call for a trip to the grocery store and off he went. He didn't like my selection of spices or lack there of. Anyway he came back with 3 sacks of groceries, mostly spices, for simple spagetti. He gave me his famous wink and said "this will get you started" as he snickered. We had many laughs over silly things such as Beeno, Almond joy candy bars, picking Grandma off the floor and the list goes on. His passing leaves a very deep void in my Aunt Donna's heart as well as the rest of his family but we all have wonderful memories that noone can take from us. So Uncle Dennis I hope you are enjoying a beer and your letting Grandma have an Almond joy. I send my love. RIP until we meet again.xoxo
