Choir hitting the high notes in Spain

The concert choir from San Ramon Valley High School is now enjoying a singing tour of Spain under the direction of Ken Abrams with the assistance of accompanist Laurie Hugill and 13 parental chaperones. The award winning choir of 77 students will perform in Toledo, Granada, Torremolinos, Seville and Madrid, among other places.

The San Ramon High choirs have been under the direction of Abrams for the past 23 years. After a first-place win in both divisions at the Golden State Competition in May, Abrams was excited to take his hard-working choir on this exciting tour of Spain.
