"Lots of art to choose from, great food, good wine and drinks, and lively people," said Ellen Sanchez, vice president of operations, who has organized the event. "The setting is beautiful, and we can expect the weather to cooperate."
Tickets, at $50 per person, are on sale now from Nancy Huseby at 838-1277. The evening begins with a preview at 5 p.m. followed by an auction at 7:15 p.m.
The foundation is a nonprofit corporation to raise tax-deductible contributions to pay the $200,000 cost of the studies, which are available at www.alamocommunity.org.
