This is a letter long overdue by me.My Dad,Willliam P. Mercado(antioch)spent the last 3 days of his life here. This is an truely amazing house. The facility, the staff, and volunteers are so caring, geniune and truely a blessing to a family in the process of having a loved one taken from them preparing to face the heart wrenching fact of having to continue on our own lifes journey minus one.Thank you all for understanding the importance of not wanting to leave my dads side for one minute as I had promised him he would not be alone. As a result I am so grateful to have had Dad pass in my arms as promised,a memory I will always relish. Thank You
