Original post made on Apr 24, 2009

The dilapidated Danville Hotel complex is really becoming an eyesore. With the news about the electrical problems it may also be a fire hazard. Perhaps the Town should consider condemnation of the structure.

Very sad, but I'm hoping this will open other doors for this much appreciated group to enhance Danville!

I agree with Farmer Dave. I don't understand why the Town hasn't expedited the re-development or even insisted that it be maintained. As a resident, I think it's an eyesore, I can't imagine what visitors to the Town think.

Dear Stephen and all the Team members: Thanks for doing all that hard work to find out IF the old hotel is a workable solution for the ADAS Pioneer Gallery. Best wishes for finding another alternative !!

That building could easily be turned into a major attraction. Whoever owns it must not have the balls to do so.
