'Hands Free' enforcement set for Tuesday

Bay Area residents might want to charge up their earpieces tonight, as Tuesday will be another of the California Highway Patrol's "Hands Free" enforcement crackdowns.

i heard somewhere that officers get a take of the revenues they generate through ticketing. or that offices have a quota. or the more tickets they write which are revenue generating the better they look to their management. are these true statements?
