Rumbling, grumbling on Hartz Avenue

Crews are making progress, as well as noise, in an otherwise quiet downtown Danville as the Veteran's Memorial Building undergoes the long-awaited renovation. As crews added rebar and concrete support, a concrete pumping truck extended onto Hartz Avenue and caused a traffic jam complete with honking horns and shouting drivers.

People yelling? about the traffic on Hartz? Morons. Do they know that 2 roads run parallel and can detour around the construction? of course they do, but that would be the easy/quiet way of doing things.
