Ski swap cancelled after 32 years

The popular ski swap held at San Ramon Valley High School on the first weekend of every November has been cancelled this year. For three decades it was held in the two gyms at the high school but now the new main gymnasium is under construction.

Just a note, the 2010 Ski and Snowboard Swap is back! It will be held on Nov 6 & 7th, 2010 on the campus at San Ramon Valley High School. For more info, contact srvswap@aol.com to be added to our contact list. Spread the word!

The Danville Weekly has a problem.

Where do they get their information? No Ski and Snowboard Swap.

Thanks Sandy for the correct information.

And by the way Emily or whomever at the DW...I believe there was no swap last year due to the earthquake issues regarding the GYM that stood up for many years.

Danville Weekly, you better get your act together or that finish line will come up faster than you can print about it...

If you look at the date of the Danville Express story above, you'll see that it's dated Sunday, October 18, 2009.

Mebbe they pulled the wrong file out of the electronic can?
