Our Views: Keep San Ramon's growth boundary

Voters both in San Ramon and in Contra Costa County have been consistent in voting for urban limit lines and growth boundaries. Now San Ramon voters should stick to their guns and say No to Measure W, which seeks to extend San Ramon's boundary to include Tassajara Valley.
