Northern California gas prices creep upward

Gas prices have been dropping across the country and in many parts of California the past few days, but Tuesday's AAA gas price report shows many Bay Area cities are seeing slightly higher prices at the pump since last month. The average cost for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in California is $3.78, the same price from a July 2011 report.

If the lowest price/gallon in San Ramon is 3.59 and the highest is 3.89 how can the average be 3.32. If this is true please reveal the name and location on the station that pulls the average down that far!
