Big bong battle

A battle is brewing between Cigarette City and Pleasanton officials about bongs, glass pipes ostensibly used for tobacco but more often used to smoke marijuana. State health codes maintain that bongs are illegal, forcing City's owner to remove much of his merchandise.

The owner of the store is a weasel. He started on one premise and changed it once he opened. A head shop is a head shop and if Pleasanton wants to legislate or set up rules that deny this, this is their right to attempt to maintain some sort of higher standard for the community. Now watch the ACLU run to his defense.

Thank God I don't smoke. Looks like it's a lot of trouble and you need special equipment now to light up!!!
