Why is the creep allowed to drive around with a suspended license? and a warrant for his arrest? What are the police around here doing? With all the technology out there now why couldn't they find him and put him where he belongs. Now we have a death of an innocent person who was out for a walk. It is our lax laws in this state and liberal judges who run the courts. Now the taxpayers get to keep this invidual incarcerated at great public expense for the rest of his life probably. Great way to go California as we circle the drain.

This is terrible. Hit and run accidents are awful. The sad thing is, a lot of the time, people just panic and flee because they haven't been educated about what to do or how to stay calm. Many of them are not bad people at heart, just like the people they hit. It's a terrible situation for everyone.

Yeah, except this wasn't one of those times. Stubblefield sounds like a real swell member of society. He should have been in a jail cell rather than behind a wheel.
If you do hit someone in the road, and they are in the traffic lanes, the best thing you can do is park your car sideways behind where the victim landed to block traffic. They may have initial injuries that are survivable, but if they are hit a second or third time, it's pretty much over.
Of course, no lowlife like ol' Justin is ever going to do that.

May She Rest In Peace.

I don't have a need to understand or feel much for the motorist.

Hope he goes to prison.

I'm also 72 and wouldn't like anybody to roll by and take me out.
