My prayers are with the family and friends of Brandon, Merhrdad, and the unidentified woman. Such a tragedy!

I am so sorry for the family and friends that have been affected by this tragedy. Although, what in the world was he doing at 1:20 a.m. in the San Ramon area? I am sure that tiredness, alcohol, or both were involved and both could have been avoided. What a shame!
