Breaking away: Is San Ramon pulling away from the Tri-Valley alliance?

The city near the center of the Tri-Valley is at the center of a debate about cooperation among the five cities that have worked together for years -- Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville.

Sounds to me like San Ramon is doing the kind of thing that all communities should be doing- eliminating expenses in thoughtful and appropriate ways in order to maintain fiscal responsibility! Thumbs up to Mayor Clarkson!!
