Colonel Ted Spain, retired commander of the 18th Military Police Brigade during the first year of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Terry Turchie, retired deputy director of counter-terrorism for the FBI, will discuss their new book, "Breaking Iraq: The Ten Mistakes That Broke Iraq."
