Grab-and-run ringleader makes first court appearance

A teen described by police as the ringleader of a grab-and-run gang that hit Victoria's Secret multiple times in recent months has been nabbed. R'Mani Minard, 19, made his first court appearance on Friday on 13 felony counts of commercial burglary and one felony count of robbery.
