Exec tells paper City Center will break ground in 2014

City Center might break ground "sooner rather than later." The long-awaited project that would create a downtown for San Ramon will break ground sometime in 2014, according to an article in the San Francisco Business Times.

No, it's certainly not needed, and will no doubt feature high rents for anyone interested in leasing space. More money for the wealthy landlords, nothing more, nothing less.

REALLY? I thought they already did this "break". My daughter bought a condo back in 2008 and it was promised back then!! Yeah sure!! Not needed I agree
