The only thing better would be if Obama decided to retire early.

Thank you, Congressman Miller. You are a true hero, born and educated right in Contra Costa County.

Your unending work to help educate and elevate the poor and middle class has been exemplary, and I wish you much success in your efforts to continue with it.

I think Congressman Miller sees the handwriting on the wall with the fiasco of Obamacare, which he was intimately involved with. So far, a measly 0.6% of Americans have signed up for insurance under Obamacare, while millions more have lost their insurance coverage. What happened to the widely publicized 15% who were uninsured?? Americans now realize that the ACA is legislation that that hurts 99%+ of Americans in order to help a handful. Was it really necessary to turn our entire heath care system upside down and inside out in order to accomplish this? The ACA is a perfect example of government gone berserk, and Congressman Miller was one of the out of control diabolical gang leaders who should be held responsible.

What has Miller done to help the economy in Contra Costa? Nothing really. He has voted to increase taxes, support government funded programs at every chance and he supports big unions. We need job creation and that is done by encouraging businesses not overtaxing them. What did he do about the BART strike which caused businesses to lose millions? Nothing really. He has lived off the taxpayers for 40 years and will continue to get a pension and free healthcare benefits for the rest of his life and his spouse's too. He did a great job of bilking the taxpayers.

Spcwt -

I didn't know that you were a Biden fan. Because, if your suggestion came to pass and President Obama left office early, you would have President Biden. And he would then likely be running in 2016 as an incumbent. But, ........if that's what you want....

Ha ha. Good catch Dave. You got me.

Ok, how's this: For the rest of his term, maybe Obama could just stay on the golf course most of the time? Oh wait. He already does.

Never mind. Problem solved.

Yeah, too bad he doesn't have a ranch to fly at to all the time. Maybe then he could rack up as many vacation days as Reagan or the Shrub!
