WOW...They are going to discuss a STOP SIGN installation...Maybe or maybe not.
Heavy duty work load...you people make me cry with your foolish.
No wonder this Country is is trouble...it's people like you.
Thanks for listening, Julia Pardini from Alamo and very happy not to be from crazy Danville
Seriously Julia,GET A LIFE!!!!!
There's already an existing stop sign on Lawrence at the intersection a few hundred feet from where they're proposing this new stop sign.
Lawrence doesn't need a new stop sign at Jasmine Way. It needs speed bumps. People drive too fast on Lawrence and they've lost control at the curve and plowed into the fence near Jasmine several times.
Slow down people!! There are lots of kids who walk to school on Lawrence. Lots of joggers, dog walkers, and bikers too.
Funny how there is actually "debate" about some stop signs (and yes, they are important), yet 69-home developments for SummerHill Homes are approved with no real discussion. Tragic.
Yes Danville Resident I am darn serious...Your town council needs a wake up call or maybe you and others like you need a wake up call..
Poster "Disgusted" say it correctly.
Thanks for listening Danville Resident, without your eye on the ball my messages would not be read...thank you again..And remember wake up...Your town council is clueless.
Julia Pardini from safe and sane Alamo
They won't install a speed bump there, that proposal has already been rejected by Danville. People that live off Lawrence west of Jasmine don't want an additional stop sign, but they're not the ones dealing with their speed around that blind corner approaching Plumeria. There have been many incidents on that corner including kids driving way too fast, moms racing in their SUVs to get their kids to school and the infamous DUI rollover between Plumeria and Jasmine. 8 out of 10 times that I make a right turn from Plumeria, I have to suddenly stop very quickly to avoid being hit by the fast traveling surprise coming around that corner or I have someone approach me from the rear at a high speed yacking on their cell phone and drive very close to me as to make me feel I have done something wrong. A three way stop would solve this problem, and may save a life or at lease help prevent an accident. They wont install speed bumps there, that proposal has already been rejected by Danville. People that live west of Jasmine dont want it, but theyre not the ones dealing with their speed around that blind corner approaching Plumeria. There has been many accidents on that corner, including kids driving fast, moms racing to get their kids to school and the occasional DUI racing around that corner.
Absolutely right "disgusted" !!! Want to bet that they have to hire a consultant to do a 25k traffic study on this before they can make a decision.......?
Don't miss out on the discussion!
