CHP to host local 'Start Smart' class for new drivers

The California Highway Patrol is hosting a series of driver safety classes for Bay Area teens from Napa to San Jose at several locations throughout April.

Thank you for bringing this class to this area. Would CHP consider offering Friday evening classes or during school breaks for those students taxed with lots of AP classes and other extracurricular activities (which also help us get into certain colleges)
