IRS renews phone scam warning after receiving 20,000 complaints

The IRS this week renewed its warning last fall about a pervasive phone scam that continues to target people across the U.S.

Been a year people are getting "Pleasanton" based calls from numbers that start with 925-201-5152 or 6153 or 6521 or 6323 etc. Black guy claims to be from TOP DESIGN solar from Van Nuys. Gets very abusive. Likes to brag about Obama in his pitch. Phone companies useless.
