Excellent .. SR badly needs a city center type hub. Not to mention, good news for home values.

The city center has been in the works for EONS (?!) The design is pretty good but I see they are "fine tuning it". Our home values? Is there a problem? Already some of the HIGHEST in California.

You must be from out of town.

Forget the home values - it's just good for the City. The council has sat on this too too long!

For Noway - the council hasn't sat on this. Sunset has sat on this. This is a private development that will cost over $200 million. The council hasn't held this up. The city isn't building it. Sunset is building it.

Mixed emotions about this...
time will tell if this will be a good thing or bad thing...
