You Want Me to Do What? Journaling relieves the stress of care giving. Come put your truths on paper and share them if you like. Bring a pen and notebook. Instructor is Lynn Goodwin, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 3, at the Danville Library Mt. Diablo Room, 400 Front St. This event is free. Call 314-3400.
