Danville has shifted funds within its Retail Incentive program to put move money into the most successful area, grants to help businesses implement marketing strategies.

Great idea to move funding where it is most impactful -- maybe businesses using the incentive program can share the improvement in their numbers (store traffic, sales, pending orders, etc).
