DUI crackdown is under way

In an effort to curb the number of deaths that occur annually as a result of impaired driving, members of 25 law enforcement agencies are banding together for a full-on mobilization to crack down until Sept. 7 on drinking and driving.

Drunk drivers kill innocent people all the time. We need to stop this crime. I'm convinced that if we publicly caned these people the crime would stop. Caning may sound harsh but I guarantee the problem would dry up.
