Nine named to sit on Measure C oversight committee

The San Ramon Valley Unified School District Board of Education voted to approve the appointment of nine members of the community to serve on the newly created Measure C Oversight Committee. Twenty-eight community members applied for the positions.

From the article: "There weren't people coming in in a critical mode, they were coming in and being helpful and asking how they could be helpful in an oversight capacity."

From his impassioned pleas in favor of Measure C, I have no doubt that Mr. Parnas will prove much more helpful than critical in his capacity on the committee. The Board has found at least one friend here...
