Diablo Scorpions' Venon are NCJLA champs

Diablo Scorpion Lacrosse's under-15 boy's team, Venom, won the 2011 Northern California Junior Lacrosse Association championship for the second year in a row. The championship consisted of a three-tier playoff where Venom beat the Elk Grove Gladiators, Palo Alto Tomahawks and Stockton Spartans to take the title.

We had an excellent season with this team. Great coaches, families and especially players. Kudos to the team and the Scorpions club for such a fun and satisfying season!

Congratulations to the Diablo Scorpion Venom for their highly successful season and another well deserved Cs5Xhampionship. I am extremely proud to be the Grandfather of the Venom's Goal Keeper, Evan Rowe. Once more, Congratulations and always remember to "HANG TOUGH".
