Register early for the Elf Workshop

Town of Danville will host an Elf Workshop from 9-11 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Danville Community Center, 420 Front St. Cost is $5 for residents; $6 for non-residents. Pre-registration is required and spots are filling up quickly! Call 314-3400 or visit [Web Link].

So what is an Elf Workshop??? I tried searching these rec catalog but without a barcode or more specific information it was a useless endeavor.

I agree with Susan, without additional information to clarify, this notice is really worthless.

Good morning,

Thanks for the questions about the Elf Workshop. The workshop is on Page 5 of the Winter Activity guide. The bar codes are:

Barcode # 21194 is for the 9am – 11am shift
Barcode #21195 is the 11:30am – 1:30pm shift

Currently, the 9:00 am - 11:00 am shift is full, but we encourage folks to get on the waitlist as there are frequently people who have to drop or change due to conflicts and schedules.

I still have absolutely no idea what an "Elf Workshop" is. I went out to the barcode, and it gives no description whatsoever!

@ Susan - Sorry I didn't answer that the first time around. The Elf Workshop is an annual event at the Danville Community Center. It is a holiday party, where children can make crafts and have a photo with Santa Claus. The theme this year is Candyland. It is open to children ages 1-12. Light refreshments will be served.
