SRVUSD students warned about cell phone thefts

Young people have been hearing from their parents forever-- don't talk to strangers. Now, there's a new reason not to: cell phone thefts. The San Ramon Valley Unified School District has issued a warning to students based on incidents that happened recently at Dublin High.
