Mass shoplifting at Stoneridge mirrors earlier theft

Original post made on May 31, 2013

A woman who was apparently the slowest of a group of grab-and-run thieves at the mall was arrested May 21 after police were called to two separate mass shopliftings. It's the third time in about five weeks that area stores were hit by shoplifting gangs.

Maybe the stores should increase security and when they see hoardes or large groups moving through the stores they should take more notice. They should also instruct their clerks to be on the lookout for large groups. Why would ten people be shopping together? That in and of itself sounds pretty suspicious. There is strength in numbers and they overwhelm the stores, the clerks and everyone is intimidated. In this politically correct environment no one wants to be accused of racially profiling, but in this case it should have been done. Everyone is afraid to speak out so crimes like these are committed and will continue.

Spank these kids.

That's what they do in Singapore. If you do this kind of thing, you get spanked with a cane. They don't have a shoplifting problem over there.

In some of the"less enlightened" countires of the world they cut off the hand(s) of shoplifters.
That'll work!

Racial/ethnic profiling would have prevented 9/11. In fact, some of the Muslim (peaceful religion-lol) hijackers were flagged to be stopped that morning but were allowed to board due to the god--profiling. Blacks are the first to throw racial bombs at each other yet are incensed if others were to suspect them of run and grab crimes they seem to be so adept in----

"Loss prevention officers spotted the suspects, described as a group of black males and females, leaving the mall. Officers gave chase in the parking lot, but the suspects ran off in separate directions."

Thanks for a description of the perps.

Thanks to Heidi for elaborating on the description. Without the contribution of her vivid imagination, we wouldn't have known that the one suspect who was caught was "fat."..... Or maybe it was just Heidi's prejudice's shining through again.
