Celebrate the Fourth of July at these community events

Original post made on Jul 4, 2013

It's bound to be a busy day of patriotic celebrations in Danville and San Ramon this Fourth of July. It all starts with Run San Ramon, then the popular parade in Danville, then head to Las Positas College in Livermore for some fireworks.

Happy Birthday, America! Fun 4th Fact: John Hancock was the only person to actually sign the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The other 55 signers did not sign it until August 2nd or even later.

We'll be seeing the Fireworks at Edgewood Golf Course in Lake Tahoe....pretty Spectacular if you've never seen them! But wherever YOU are, be proud of our country, of our military, AND our system of Government (it may be a roller-coaster, but I for one love the ride!)

Don't forget how Obama and the dems can't find the money for pools to be open for the military OR their enjoyment of base fireworks. Yet----the braggart-inachief spent $100 million dollars on a vacation in Africa where the native welcomed him "home.". Wake up.

Hey Ray -- George Washington called. He asked me to tell you to give it a rest. Take a nap, or something.

Ray, I couldn't agree with you more. It's sickening the way Americans are treated as the government robs us blind, steals our civil liberties afforded us by the U.S. Constitution, and continues to lie to us about EVERYTHING (NSA/government spies).

Our civil liberties are being stolen from us by the very people elected to represent us. Unfortunately, people are blind to it because we are TAUGHT by the government and we are being brainwashed. I wish I could have really celebrated the 4th of July, but why? We are no longer a free people...

Good bye to fireworks - ILLEGAL
Good bye to flat-rate real estate in CA - ILLEGAL
Good bye to guns and ammo - ILLEGAL
Good bye to privatized health care - ILLEGAL
Good bye to smoking OUTDOORS - ILLEGAL

Just do what you're told to do by the government (laws) and give them all your money (they take it first in fees/taxes) because they want to spend it on their own pet projects while you sacrifice your life and time working...

If we divide up the national debt by the number of citizens, each person owes over $80,000 to the government. Happy working!

BTW - Edward Snowden, You are a HERO!

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

America the Beautiful, and Ray
Abraham Lincoln called. He said if you do not like it here in America go live in another country. Have a good trip.
