Great story, Natalie,
How about following up with Kathy Chiverton, Executive Director, SRV YMCA,email@example.com, on how soon they could turn that site into a convenient and acceptable YMCA commercial facility. Great freeway and traffic access is obviously the important reason to move from the constricted site in Alamo deep in Alamo's Hemme neighborhood.
This is too good to miss and SRV YMCA needs to jump on the opportunity for a location just walking distance from their theatre, CPC, schools and many Danville neighborhoods.
Think about the audience it would create for the shops that surround the facility.
