Why should I VOTE?

Original post made by Community courtesy on Feb 26, 2009

Received this morning (by Hal Bailey) and posted for FORUM consideration:

Dear Alamo Post Hole,

Neighborhoods, in discussion groups this Saturday, will review a question being repeated in each neighborhood, "Why should I vote? What choice do I have? What role can I play?"

Equally often, we hear, "Does it really matter which five politicians are in charge?"

What can we say?
