Can we celebrate world cup rugby?

Hey, South Africa is to play Argentina and England is to play France in the semi-finals. Can we have some enthusiasm? And maybe some insight into the game?

It was joyous in PARIS celebrating rugby but no one explained this continuous action.

Rugby fans, celebrate the game with an explanation, please.

Update:

South Africa will play England in the World Cup final in Paris next Saturday.
