Does anyone remember a few years back a proposal to remove Danville Blvd and replace it with a canal for gondola traffic.

Where are the planners that proposed that wonderful idea.

Why not change the name of San Ramon Valley High School to Danville High School and change San Ramon Valley Rd within the Danville City Limits to Danville Blvd, Main Street or Contra Costa Blvd, Foothill Rd or Alamo Blvd and change San Ramon Rd in Dublin to Danville Blvd, Main Street or Foothill Rd.

Well, Cass, we say "why not?"

Let's change the name for the length of the road from Martinez to Sunol to another name. We could have a contest among commuters, suffering from road rage, and let them call in names from their cell phones. It could be colorful.

Thank you, Cass, for your very precise and appreciated humor,

Fore Warn
