Original post made by Harald Paul Arthur Balle, another community, on Nov 13, 2007
Each lunch hour, as a break from global technology development, I review the Town Square Forum to enjoy commentary from our communities. As authors write their comments, I note that they do not have the ability for Spell Check that would catch the misplaced or misspelled words.
As I notice copy-and-paste postings from e-chains to your forum, all the original misplaced and misspelled words are left in place. Is it possible to give authors spell check capabilities?
One additional help would be making up "member" names. You might have a glossary they could access that would offer click-on accesses to first and last names. I will gladly offer "Whip Baker, the All-American Spud, The American White Potato Society" for those that have difficulty with psuedonyms.
Thank you for the FORUM!
