Instructor Kipper is the greatest. I'd recommend his class to those who want to put some physical activity in their lives.

I am printing this T'ai Chi Ch'uan information to take to my Total Fitness Class at Timberhill Athletic Club, 2855 nw 29th street. It is great inspiration to those of us who want to stay active. Over 80 & Kipper's Mom.

My adult son encouraged me to learn T'ai Chi. I am 73 years old. I am impressed by the way the instructor approaches this discipline. He is supportive and encouraging to people of all age groups and levels.
