Dear Dolores,

We celebrate Vicki's recognition among the traditional community groups in Alamo and thank her circle of friends for defining Vicki's contributions among such traditional Alamo groups.

With few wanting to follow-on to Vicki's recognition, we have narrowed the field of 2011 Alamo Citizen of the Year to Mark DeSaulnier. We intend it to be a surprise.
