It's so nice to know that David Harmer was one of the Republican, "Young Guns". Mr. Harmer was the fellow that if you wanted to call yourself a Republican you were supposed to vote for if you were loyal to the party. When Mike Doyle expressed his support for our fine Congressman Jerry McNerney he was blasted by some in our town for being a turncoat. What he did was to vote for the best candidate regardless of political affiliation and this is how it is supposed to work. Congratulations to Jerry McNerney for pulling out a squeaker and showing that in this case the majority still rules even if by a very narrow margin.

Yes, congratulations Jerry McNerney. Now stop spending so much gol darn money on things like tax credits for cars that run on moonbeams and other nonsense. No more freebie healthcare tax credits to the middle class. No more tax breaks for people like Bill Gates. Learn to spend only what we have!

Hear hear Mary! We are watching this progressive socialist like hawks. Degrees aside-- he isn't a very bright man (mcnerney). Watch him on the dream act----legalizing ILLEGALS---

It is a political truth that the American electroate always get the politician they deserve. It is also a political truth that they always end up regretting it! The Democratically jerrymandered 11th Congressional District worked just the way it was supposed to - it relected a committed Democrat not a true representative of the Distict.

Gee whiz cardinal---his standing for the Mexican prez after he trashed this country was caught on videotape! And I was personally at his community mtg at the Danville library when he said he "forgot" if he had stood but 8 days earlier!

Perhaps I may now offer Mr. Harmer some fine Irish cheddar with his whine? I didn't think David was ever going to let go. Too bad Al Gore didn't have his zeal.....

Hey Patriotic Grandma, Tea Partiers and Republicans you got what you wanted. Another $700B of deficit, all on the backs of the unemployed and working class. Now the only way to reduce the deficit will be to really take hurt 95% of Americans. Say goodbye to Social Security and Medicare. Build that extra room so you can take care of your elderly parents, Make sure you dust off those old school books so you can home school your kids as opposed to sending them to a crumbling school with 60 kids in a class that charges extra for everything.

Aren't you glad you voted the way you did. I look forward to the next 2 years. More money for the wealthy, less services and support for everything else. The right to treat gays, Muslims and Latino's as second class citizens. And if we work really hard maybe we can break the 100 million barrier of people in this country being uninsured. That's right America will be number 1 in uninsured people. We're number 1!!!

And we have nothing to worry about because in 2012 Halliburton, Chevron and the likes will spend billions reminding us all that this is what makes America great.

America will be shining beacon to the world, right alongside those other great countries of Haiti, Congo, and North Korea. Thanks to the Republicans and Tea Partiers, we may go broke, we may become less educated, we may start class and racial warfare but at least we will have a nice fence on our Southern Border.
