Why not just tell us the agenda!?! It's only one item. (DE, you're so lazy!)
Developers desire to move the house--at 160 E. Prospect Ave (formerly used as retail Gift Shop? and is up the street from Starbucks)--closer to the curb and lessen the front yard space. Then ADD a second story and basement to the house. Then ADD three new residential units behind the house.
Wow! Where does the "history" part come in?

"TODD WEINBERG (Owner) BARRY AND VOLKMANN ARCHITECTS (Applicant) DEV10-0076: Development Plan request to allow the redevelopment of the property identified as 160 E. Prospect Avenue. The project would include moving the existing historic structure forward on the parcel, adding a new 976 +/- square foot basement and a 861 +/- square foot second story addition to the historic structure, and the addition of three new residential units behind the existing building totaling 5,500 +/- square feet"
