Police search for suspect who labeled banks with 'foreclosure' tag

Police in Walnut Creek are searching for a suspect who repeatedly vandalized two banks, scrawling the word "Foreclosure" over a Bank of America branch and a Chase bank branch over the last two weeks.

Maybe these banks should work with homeowner's with good credit and payment histories to lower their interest rates?
